All of our Administrators and Consultants have passed National Exams through the American Society of Pension Acturaries and other professional organizations most who have been awarded with designations of Qualified Pension Administrator, Certified Pension Consultant, and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist. In fact, we have more individuals on staff who have earned the QPA than any other firm in the state of Michigan. In addition, based upon Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Great Lakes receives an overall rating of 96%. We do not sell investment products and have been chosen by a national bank and four major investment and insurance companies as the recommended TPA for all of their agents/brokers in Southeast Michigan.
