Sign-up & Payment Q&A

Do you offer a 30-day free trial period for new accounts? What about cancelation?

Yes. If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. There's no long term contract and you can cancel at any time, but refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial. Note that only new accounts are eligible for 30 day free trials — upgrades do not qualify.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yep — and it's really easy. Simply click on the "Account Information " tab on your homepage and you'll see your options. Plus, we'll never hit you up with a "set-up" or extra "one-time" fee when you upgrade.

What are the system requirements to use Suite401k or Why401k?

Since our applications are hosted on our servers, there's nothing to install and no server/platform requirements to worry about. All you need is a modern web browser with Javascript turned on (Our products officially supports IE 6 or later on the PC and an internet connection. We do not support IE 5.x on the Mac or PC. If you have IE 5, we recommend upgrading to IE 6 or later.

What types of payment to you accept? Will you take a P.O.? Can you invoice us?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
